Unfortunately, William Danhof was appointed to sit as a board member on the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board.
To forever cement his status as a die-in-the-wool enabler for Attorney Misfits, Danhof voted to gift ex-Judge Murdock Hertzog with a 180 day suspension for engaging in egregious misconduct.
There’s absolutely no doubt that Hertzog’s misconduct required that he be permanently removed from the bench.

Attorney William Danhof’s conduct is further evidence that the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board is more concerned about assuring that Attorney/Judicial Misfits are held to a lower standard of conduct then we are.
Danhof’s deplorable conduct demands that the Discipline Board be made up solely of non-attorneys and not a bunch of apologists for Legal Industry Misfits.
