Attorney Malcolm McCune of Brentwood, TN; slacker

The state of Tennessee provided Malcolm Leonard McCune with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Malcolm guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep adequately supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Malcolm by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Malcolm practices at 5200 Maryland Way in Brentwood, Tennessee.
