The state of Tennessee provided Nathaniel Harris Koenig with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the YMCA Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Nate guilty of the following misconduct.

Nate’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Nate!)
• Failed to comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to communicate with client
