Attorney Kenneth Sunberg of South Orange, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Kenneth Sunberg with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law to tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kenny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Kenny practices at 58 Vose Avenue South Orange in New Jersey.
