Attorney Phillip Simms of Whitehouse, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jerseypresented Phillip J. Simms with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Phil found Meredith guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligently misappropriated $73,637.89 in client trust funds
• Engaged in recordkeeping violations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
