State Rep. Keith Kempenich (ND): Today’s “Humanitarian” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

State Rep. Keith Kempenich (ND)

Today’s “Humanitarian” Award Winner

In early Jan 20 Keith, a member of the North Dakota State Assembly introduced a law would exempt drivers from liability if they accidentally hit and/or killed any protestor who is involved in attempting to halt the construction of the $3.8-billion Dakota Access Pipeline.

Compassionate Keith’s legislation would exempt drivers from liability if they accidentally hit a pedestrian who was blocking a roadway while protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline.

Of course, Keith’s “run-em over” legislation is aimed at members of the Chippewa, Lakota and Dakota Sioux, Hidatsa and Mandan tribes. It is rumored that Keith believes that most if not all of them Injuns are interlopers (means intruders Clem) who may well be illegal immigrants.

Apparently, Keith and his fellow comrades are going to request that the new U.S. Attorney General Jeff Beauregard Sessions order immigration enforcement officers to demand that every Injun protesting the Pipeline be required to provide INS agents with a valid “green card.”

And lastly, Keith ought to consider additional legislation mandating that the families of any Injuns seriously injured or killed by a White Boy or Gal while protesting be made to pay for the damages to a White person’s vehicle. And if the family is unable to pay, then the respective tribe should be held legally liable.

Congrats Keith; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Humanitarians”; you are far too humble.
