Attorney Lennie Alzate of San Diego; repeat offender

 

The state of California provided Lennie Ann Alzate with a law license in 2011 after she graduated from the Thomas Jefferson Law School in San Diego.

 

The California State Bar found Lennie guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Lennie’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Filed a frivolous pleading
  • Failing to appear at hearing re: frivolous pleading
  • Sanctioned by trial court

As consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished

Lennie by gifting her with a complimentary reproval.

 

Lennie’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Appeared on client’s behalf w/o authority in willful violation of Business and Professions Code
  • Client bankruptcy petition dismissed due to filing deficiencies

As consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished

Lennie by gifting her with a complimentary reproval.

 

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Lennie practices with Alzate & Varley, Attorneys at Law at 2305 Historic Decatur Road in San Diego, California.
