Attorney Tiffany Stevens of Brooklyn, NY; perjurer

The state of California provided Tiffany Carrie Stevens with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

The California State Bar found Tiffany guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tiffany found it acceptable to falsely testify under penalty of perjury that he was in compliance with his Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) requirements when he was not.

Making matters worse, when Tiffany was later notified she was the subject of an MCLE audit and failed to provide any records. She also failed to respond to multiple letters from a State Bar investigator.

Because California Attorney Misfits are held to a lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Tiffany was never criminally prosecuted for perjury.

As consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished

Tiffany by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Tiffany practices at 855 President Street in Brooklyn, New York.
