Attorney Guy Candelaria of Westminster, CA; serial thief

The state of California provided Timothy Alan Nicholson with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.

The California State Bar found Guy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to repay $19,700 in unearned fees
• Took 18 separate payments of illegal fees over one year
• Failed to render accounting to client
• Misconduct harmed significantly a client and/or public

As consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Guy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
