Attorney Richard Kranitz of Grafton, WI; convicted felon

The state of Wisconsin presented Richard Kranitz with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick pleaded guilty to the felony offense of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Dick practices at 1335 11th Avenue in Grafton, Wisconsin.
