Attorney Keith Gould of Corpus Christi; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Keith Matthew Gould with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge Law School.

The 214th District Court of Nueces County District Grievance Committee found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to promptly comply with client requests for information
  • Failed to explain the matters to the extent necessary to permit his clients to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Keith.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Keith practices with The Gould Law Firm at 5959 S Staples Street in in Corpus Christi, Texas.
