Attorney William Price of Dallas; ethical leprechaun

The state of Texas presented William Earl Price with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Texas Wesleyan University Law School.

An evidentiary panel of the District 5 Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Knowingly disobeyed obligation under the standing tribunal rules
  2. Committed criminal act adversely reflecting on honesty
  3. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Billy practices with the Law Office of William E. Price at 2603 Oak Lawn Avenue in Dallas, Texas.
