Attorney Craig Schexnaider of Beaumont, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Craig James Schexnaider with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

An evidentiary panel of the District 3 Grievance Committee found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

• Committed criminal act adversely reflecting on honesty
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Craig.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Craig practices at 3280 Delaware Street in Beaumont, Texas.
