Attorney Robin Kyle of Detroit; ethical misfit

The state of Michigan provided Robin H. Kyle with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #28 found Robin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misused his IOLTA account
  • Held funds other than client or third person funds in an IOLTA
  • Deposited his own in IOLTA in an amount more than reasonably necessary to pay financial institution charges or fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting Disciplinary Board punished Robin by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Robin practices with the Kyle Law Firm at 615 Griswold Street in Detroit, Michigan.
