The state of Michigan provided Thomas R. Warnicke with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #76 found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improper use of an IOLTA account
• Held funds other than client or third person funds in an IOLTA account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Deposited own funds (earned fees) into an IOLTA account exceeding amount reasonably necessary to pay financial institution service charges or fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting Disciplinary Board punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
