The state of Michigan provided James P. Maher with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #66 found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy was convicted for Driving Under the Influence for the second time.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Jimmy practices with the Maher Financial Group Inc. at 30101 Northwestern Highway in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
