The state of Michigan provided Angela Kathleen Howell with a law license in 2006.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #107 found Angie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Angie!)
• Held funds other than client or third person funds in an IOLTA account
• Failed to funds wherein ownership not in dispute
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Deposited own funds (earned fees) into an IOLTA account exceeding amount reasonably necessary to pay financial institution service charges or fees

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting Disciplinary Board punished Angie by gifting her with a complimentary 180-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Angie practices with A. K. Howell & Associates PLLC at 29230 Ryan Road in Warren, Michigan.
