Attorney Thomas Wolfe of Metuchen, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Thomas Wolfe with a law license in 2002.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Tommy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Tommy practices in Metuchen, New Jersey.
