The state of New Jersey presented Nicholas Nicosia with a law license in 2005.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in recordkeeping violations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
