Judge Scott DuPont of Palatka, FL; serial liar

The State of Florida presented Scott C. DuPont with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Regent University Law School.

The Judicial Qualifications Commission has charged Scotty with engaging in the following misconduct, which related to a website he used for his campaign.

• Falsely implied judicial opponent used aliases
• Falsely implied judicial opponent posed as an imposter
• Falsely asserted judicial opponent arrested re: issuance of parking ticket
• Stated judicial opponent’s wife arrested 3 times w/o any corroborating evidence and did so without even knowing her identity
• Stated judicial opponent’s daughter arrested 21 times w/o any corroborating evidence and did so without even knowing her identity
• At televised candidate forum asserted inaccurate facts about opponent’s driving record
• Declared judicial opponent cheated during a straw poll conducted by Volusia County Car Association when he had no facts to support the charge

All that remains is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Scotty by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Scotty continues to sit as a 7th Judicial Circuit Judge in Palatka, Florida.
