Former Judge Timothy Parker of Eureka Springs, AR; serial scofflaw

The state of Arkansas presented Timothy Steven Parker with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission found Timmy guilty of and/or alleged he was guilty of the following misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license. He was also ordered to pay restitution of nearly $6,600 to three former clients (victims)

  • Gave improper favors to defendants in his court that he knew
  • Over a dozen women said they got preferential treatment in return for sexual favors
  • Illegally conducted a "post-arrest probable cause (PC) determination" for a friend and then released the woman without requiring she post bail and gave her a ride home
  • Repeatedly lowered bail for his criminal friends or former clients
  • Set bonds or released women without bonds "in exchange for sexual favors”
  • Traded cash and certain prescription pills for sexual favors

As expected, Timmy the Serial Scofflaw took the coward’s way out by resigning before the Judicial Discipline ordered his removal from the bench.

The judicial commission said investigators for the Carroll County Sheriff's Department, Eureka Springs Police Department, Arkansas Attorney General's Office, and a special prosecutor found evidence that possibly could lead to criminal charges.

All that’s left now is to see if Timmy the Serial Scofflaw is criminally charged for the numerous felonies he committed while on the bench.

Hopefully, the sentencing judge will order that Timmy be sent to the Texarkana Regional Correction Center. That the judge further order that Timmy be assigned to Cell No. 133 where he’ll be roomed up with Clarice (real name Clarence) who is rumored to be especially friendly.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Timmy practices law in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
