Attorney Lark Ritson of Scotts Valley, CA; idiotic cheater

The state of California provided Lark L. Ritson with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from the University of California Davis Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Lark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct significantly harmed client
• Misconduct involved multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Repeatedly failed to perform services competently (idiot)
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Willfully failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Lark!)
• Failed to take steps to avoid foreseeable prejudice to her clients

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Lark by gifting her with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (June 2017), Lark practices at 755 Weston Road in Scotts Valley, California, which is in Santa Cruz County.
