Attorney Karen Steele of Salem, OR; lying loser

The state of Oregon provided Karen A. Steele with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from Washington University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Karen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Exhibited selfish or dishonest motives

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary 180-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (December 2016), Karen practices in Salem, Oregon.
