Attorney Damian Idiart of Medford, OR; improper ambulance chasing

The state of Oregon provided Damian Michael Idiart with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Damian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in improper solicitation of a client (ambulance chasing)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Damian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (December 2016), Damian practices with The Idiart Law Group LLC at 1005 North Riverside Avenue in Medford, Oregon.
