Attorney Mikel Miller of Bend, OR; slacker

The state of Oregon provided Mikel Ross Miller with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Mikel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file tort notice against state on client’s behalf
• Failure to file timely tort notice led to client’s loss of claim
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Mikel by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (December 2016), Mikel practices at 26 NW Hawthorne Avenue in Bend, Oregon.
