Attorney Richard Lancefield of Portland, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Richard F. Lancefield with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account
  • Failed to account for client funds
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Failed to maintain accurate client account records
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dick’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (December 2016), Dick practices at 6210 SE Main Street in Portland, Oregon.
