Judge Durwood Moore of Tennessee; Il Duce Wannabee and certified moron  
Unfortunately, Judge Durwood Moore succeeded in duping the voters in Dickson County (about 42 miles west of Nashville) into electing him as a General Sessions Judge beginning in 1974 and continuing through 2006.
In the past, Judge Moore was charged with misconduct by the Judicial Commission when he ordered a courtroom spectator into custody and forced him to submit to a drug test, all of which was based on Il Duce’s (FYI: Il Duce is none other than the infamous World War II Dictator Benito Mussolini) “hunch” that he might be high on drugs.
Contrary to Il Duce’s so-called “hunch,” the man passed the drug test, and then filed an ethics complaint against the Dishonorable Judge Durwood Moore.
In responding to the ethics complaint, this certified loser and Dufus had the chutzpah to admitted that “plucking suspicious spectators from his courtroom and screening them for drugs was ‘the routine policy of the court.’.”
Put simply, Il Duce admitted it was his routine practice to knowingly violate the constitutional due process rights of anyone who had the bad luck of appearing in his so-called courtroom.
Subsequently, the wimps, enablers and apologists sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court’s Judiciary Court punished Judge Moore buy gifting him with a complimentary censure.
In a lame attempt at levity, the Judiciary Court ordered that Judge Moore “never violate a person’s constitutional rights.” Clearly, these buffoons missed their calling as standup comedians.
As we speak (ca. May 2011) this loser remains on the bench. What an unmitigated joke!
