Attorney Charles Moore of Milwaukie, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Charles A. Moore with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of California Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to return numerous client phone calls
• Negligence led to client adoption matter being dismissed by court
• Conduct resulted in actual injury to his clients

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Charlie’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Charlie practices at 6751 SE Thiessen Road in Milwaukie, Oregon.
