Alabama Justice Tom Parker IV; bigoted loser

The state of Alabama presented with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

In one matter, Tommy the Bigot filed a sham federal lawsuit against the Alabama Judicial Commission that was investigating him for comments he made regarding same-sex marriage.

In his laughable lawsuit, Tommy had the temerity to question the constitutional authority of the Alabama Canons of Judicial Ethics. In short, Tommy the Moron (my apologies to Morons) apparently is of the opinion that the citizens of Alabama have absolutely no right to constitutionally set forth a Code of Judicial Conduct.

Tommy’s foolishness included his laughable claim that his free speech rights were being trampled upon by the Judicial Commission in regards to his attack on the U.S. Supreme Court’s same sex marriage ruling.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Tommy the Bigot by the Alabama Judicial Commission.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Tommy continues to sit as an Associate Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court.
