Judge John Waltman of Feasterville, PA; money launderer

On or about December 16, 2016, Johnny, along with a township safety director and deputy constable were indicted on federal charges of conspiracy and money laundering.

The indictment states that the three losers were trapped in a sting operation wherein they laundered $400,000 in cash that undercover law enforcement officials and a confidential witness told them were the proceeds from healthcare frauds, drug trafficking and bank frauds.

For engaging in the criminal conspiracy, Johnny and his cohorts pocketed fees totaling $80,000. If convicted, Johnny faces a possible maximum prison sentence of 80 years and a $1 million fine.

Hopefully, the sentencing judge will order that Johnny be sent to Leavenworth and assigned to Cell No. 78 where he’ll be roomed up with Clarice (real name Clarence) who is rumored to be quite a friendly fellow.

And lastly, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ordered that Johnny be suspended from the bench without pay pending the outcome of his criminal case.
