Ex-Judge Joseph Toczydlowski of Archbald, PA; scofflaw, druggie, ethical gnome 
In August 2003, then-Judge Joseph Toczydlowski was arrested on two misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana. Subsequently, he agreed to attend a rehab program run by Lindsay Lohan at her rehabilitative facility located in Hollywood, California.
In 2005 the voters decided to send Joe the Pothead packing and elected Laura M. Turlip as his replacement.
In a lame attempt at levity, Joey recently announced his candidacy to unseat Judge Laura Turlip in the upcoming election for the judgeship in Archbald in May 2011. Obviously, Joey missed his calling as a standup comedian.
In an effort to dupe the voters in the Archbald area to elect him, Joey sent letters to them accusing Judge Turlip of inappropriate conduct, although he conveniently failed to specify the alleged misconduct.
Hopefully, the voters will send Joey the Doper a resounding message in May that they are not inclined to elect a criminal to sit in judgment of them and/or their fellow citizens.
The enablers on the Pennsylvania Judicial Commission punished Joey for his criminal conduct by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
Joey admitted to the Commission that he regularly used marijuana dating back to the mid-1990s. Put simply, Joey admitted to being a serial criminal for at least ten (10) years.
What an unmitigated loser!
