Attorney Thomas Kupec of Clarksburg, WV; ethical gremlin

The state of West Virginia presented Thomas W. Kupec with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly administer client trust accounts
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Tommy practices with Kupec & Associates PLLC at 228 Court Street in Clarksburg, West Virginia.
