Attorney Darrell McGraw Jr. of Charleston, WV; ethical dwarf

The state of West Virginia presented Darrell V. McGraw Jr. with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Darrell guilty of the following misconduct.

• Disclosed client confidential information
• Engaged in conflict of interest involving a client
• Failed to abide by client decisions regarding representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Darrell by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Darrell practices at 4001 Kanawha Avenue SE in Charleston, West Virginia.
