Judge Yolanda Uresti of San Antonio; idiotic slacker

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Yolanda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law
• Demonstrated incompetence in performing judicial duties (idiot)
• Engaged in willful/persistent conduct that was inconsistent with judicial duties
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Lacked adequate administrative and recordkeeping procedures

As consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Yolanda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Yolanda continues to sit as Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4, Place 2, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.
