Attorney Alexander Chase of San Francisco; idiotic loser

The state of California provided Alexander Chase with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The California State Bar found Alex guilty of the following misconduct.

• Attempted to conceal his misconduct
• Misconduct significantly harmed client
• Misconduct involved multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to take any substantive action on client’s case
• Intentionally, recklessly or repeatedly failed to provide competent services (idiot)
• Willfully violated Rules of Professional Conduct
• Filed claim on client’s behalf he knew contained false statements
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to respond to client status inquiries
• Failed to take steps to avoid foreseeable prejudice to client

As consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
