Judge Kenneth Jeanes of Quitman, TX; drunken convict

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kenny was arrested and later pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI). He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,800.

As consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary public warning.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Kenny continues to sit (when sober) as a Wood County judge in Quitman, Texas.
