Attorney Gina Giblin of Dallas; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas provided Gina Lynn Giblin with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The District 14 Grievance Committee found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Gina!)
• Neglected legal matters entrusted to her
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to withdraw representation when license suspended

As consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gina.
