Attorney Darrell Markijohn of Canton, OH; tax cheat

The state of Ohio presented Darrell Nicholas Markijohn with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from The Ohio State University Law School.

The Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel found Darrell guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Filed false state and federal income tax returns for 4 consecutive years
• Fraudulently claimed deductions for payments to retirement account he never made

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Darrell by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month stayed suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Darrell practices with Fischer Evans & Robbins Ltd. at 3521 Whipple Avenue NW in Canton, Ohio.
