Attorney Harold Pollock of Solon, OH; disgusting sleazebag

The state of Ohio presented Harold Pollock with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Exceeded bounds of zealous advocacy while representing client
• Repeatedly asked prosecutor to file charges against opposing counsel
• File numerous frivolous lawsuits against the same defendants
  Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Pursued legal action to harass or maliciously injury another
• Asked question in open court for purpose of degrading another person

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
