Judge Donald Ramsey of Ohio; Il Duce Wannabee, thief, certified Dufus  
After an undistinguished career sitting as Domestic Relations Judge in Medina County, Don decided it was time unjustly enrich himself as a visiting retired judge in 2000.
A cursory review of Don’s payroll records clearly indicates that he has consistently billed the State of Ohio and numerous counties for hours he never worked. His favorite targets for bilking the local taxpayers are Cleveland and Toledo.
In addition to being a thief, Don is also a practicing Dufus and Il Duce Wannabee (aka, Benito Mussolini).
Over the past several years, Donnie has thumbed his nose at the higher courts in Ohio by issuing rulings while cases were pending before various Appeal Courts.
Any first year law student well knows that once an appeal is filed in any case that the trial court judge is divested of any authority to act on the case until the Court of Appeals renders its decision.
Of course Il Duce isn’t concerned about complying with the law. What is really galling is that the taxpayers were forced to pay for the litigation costs involved in Il Duce’s illegal usurpation of the Appellate Court’s statutory authority. Of course the Dufus doesn’t give a damn since it ain’t his money, right?
Ramsey is a well known member of a “hit team” for lack of a better term that was formed years ago by the late Chief Justice Thomas Moyer to render results favorable to Moyer’s friends or unfavorable rulings as to Moyer’s real or perceived enemies.
In addition to Ramsey, this crew included well known Judicial Misfits such as Judge Richard McQuade, Jr., Judge Richard Markus, Judge Joseph Cirigliano, Judge Stephen Yarbrough and Judge June Rose Galvin. Like Ramsey, these so-called judges also consistently bilked the public by billing for hours they never worked or for travel expenses they did not incur.
The only thing that will stop Ramsey from ripping of the public is when the Grim Reaper visits him!
