Solicitor Gerard McCarron of Scotland; moronic loser

The Law Society presented Gerard James McCarron with a law license in 1978.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Engaged in an obvious conflict of interest involving two clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Gerry practices with McCarron & Co. at 17 High Street in North Lanarkshire, Edinburgh, Scotland.
