Solicitor William Crearie of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented William Bryden Crearie with a law license in 1987.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Engaged in an obvious conflict of interest involving two clients
  • Failed to advise clients of inherent conflict

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Billy practices at 18 Waterloo Street in, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Scotland.
