Solicitor John Tait of Scotland; ethical gremlin

The Law Society presented John Fraser Tait with a law license in 1993.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Engaged in undue delay to reclaim council tax paid for client hospitalization
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of estate matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Johnny practices with Tait Macleod Solicitors at 6 Park Street, Falkirk, Edinburgh, Scotland.
