Solicitor Iain Haywood of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Iain David Haywood with a law license in 1981.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Iain guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Failed to comply with common law duties while acting for purchaser and lender
  • Failed to act in best interests of clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Iain by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Iain practices at 19 Pitkevy Court, Glenrothes, Edinburgh, Scotland.
