Solicitor William Tulips of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented William Christopher Tulips with a law license in 1982.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Failed to comply with law applicable to acting on behalf of lender
  • Failed to report status of legal matter to client
  • Failed to comply with explicit client instructions
  • Failed to protect client interests
  • Failed to comply with Solicitor Account Rules
  • Failed to comply with Rules regarding Money Laundering

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a £2,500 ($3,000) fine.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Billy practices with Strefford Tulips Limited at 118 Cadzow Street in Hamilton, Edinburgh, Scotland.
