Attorney Thomas Willcutts of Hartford, CT; cheating loser

The state of Connecticut provided Thomas Patrick Willcutts with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Washington University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misused client trust account funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tommy!)
• Failed to provide requested audit documents

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Tommy practices with the Willcutts Law Group at 285 Farmington Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut.
