Judge James Oakley of Burnet, TX; racist loser

The state of New Jersey presented Liliana DeAvila-Silebi with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

In an overt effort to cement his status as a dyed-in-the-wool Racist, Jimmy decided to send out a tweet in regards to a mugshot of a black man accused of killing San Antonio police Det. Benjamin Marconi. Jimmy the Bigot’s tweet went like this:

• “Time for a tree and a rope.”

Jimmy’s Hyperbolic (BS) defense  

When Jimmy’s “tree and a rope” comment was disclosed by the media, he had the chutzpah to say it “had nothing to with the suspect’s race.” Yeah Jimmy, in the past it was quite common to discover a white boy hanging from a tree in Texas.

Clearly, Jimmy missed his calling as a standup comedian.

Given Texas’ long history of bigotry, it is highly unlikely that Jimmy will face any ethical charges for his conduct. If he does, he can be assured that the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court will not take any meaningful action against him. At worst, he’d receive a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Jimmy the Bigot continues to sit as Burnet County Judge in Burnet, Texas.
