Solicitor Mark Small of United Kingdom; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Mark Small with a law license in 2005.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mark, who was the director of public sector law firm Baker Small found it acceptable to post six tweets that sparked outrage across the legal profession by using the Milton Keynes-based firm’s official Twitter account to trumpet his recent legal victory over the parents of a vulnerable child.

After being outed for his outrageous conduct, Mark stood by them by using the firms’ Twitter account by posting images mocking those who had criticized his conduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits at the Regulation Authority punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
