Attorney Nirav Mehta of Marlton, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Nirav Kurt Mehta with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The Disciplinary Review Board found Nirav guilty of the following misconduct.

• Provided poor legal advice in immigration matter
• Provided fabricated letter to ethics investigators falsely showing that he had properly advised his former client in immigration matter (Up yours, said Nirav!)
• Made false statement of material fact
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Nirav by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Nirav practices in Marlton, New Jersey.
