The Law Society presented John Edward Roberts with a law license in 1985

The Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Communicated with person he knew was represented by another lawyer
• Failed to provide notice to another attorney of intent to contact her client
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)
• Failed to properly supervise legal assistant

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Counsel punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Johnny practices with John Roberts Law Corporation at 1185 West 16^th Avenue in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
